Day 01:

Arrival at Guwahati

Upon arrival in Guwahati, our tour representative will meet you and assist you in a smooth transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 02:

Guwahati - Kaziranga National Park

Post breakfast in the morning, visit the Kamakhya temple, one of the 51 Shakti peethas in India. Over 1 million devotees throng this holy place during the festival of Ambubachi. After visiting the temple, return to the hotel and drive towards the famous Kaziranga National Park. Upon arrival, check in at the jungle resort. In the afternoon, explore the nearby Tea Estate. Stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 03:

Kaziranga

Early in the morning, around 5:30 am, explore the length and breadth of the Kaziranga National Park via Elephant Safari. Return back to the hotel for lunch and set off to explore the western range of Kaziranga on a jeep. Stay overnight at Kaziranga.

Day 04:

Kaziranga - Kohima - Touphema Tourist Village

Post breakfast in the morning, leave by road for Kohima. Upon arrival, head straight to the Touphema Village Resort, owned and managed by the Angami Naga community. Later, take delight in the cultural presentation by village folks. Enjoy an overnight stay at the Touphema Tourist village.

Day 05:

Touphema - Kohima - Dimori Cove

In the wee hours of the morning, explore the village. Post breakfast, check out of the village resort and drive to Kohima. Besides, visit the State Museum, located at Bayani hill Kohima. Post lunch, head straight to Kepfiizha Dimori Cave Guest House. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Angami village. Then, return to Kohima and check in for an overnight stay at the resort.

Day 06:

Khonoma

In the morning, hit the road to Khonoma. Explore the Angami Tribal village of Khonoma, home to the father of the Naga Nationalist Movement 'Angami Phizo'. Later, drive back to Kohima for an overnight stay.

Day 07:

Kohima - Dimapur

Post breakfast in the morning, drive back to Dimapur for your onward journey.

Standard Check-in and check-out time of hotels in India is generally 1.30 PM and 10 AM respectively.

Advanced Preparation

As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
Though Bharatatva provides all three meals, that is breakfast, dinner and Bharatatva treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.

Any Air/ Train Bookings to be made should be paid 100% in advance

0% Cancellation for any land package bookings 45 Days before departure.
30% Cancellation for any land package bookings 15 Days before departure.
100% Cancellation for any land package bookings 7 Days before departure.
Cancellation of Air/ Train Tickets subject to cancellation policy of respective train/ flight operator.
Guest can pay by Cash /Online Transfer/ Cheque/ Demand Draft / Debit card / credit card.
